“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor.” Luke 4:18a

Greetings from Ghana, Africa!

We are in the final stages of our adoption process, and we thank you for your generous support of our family through this time. We are writing today to share some exciting news about our family moving forward.

Last week, you may have seen that Jeremy cancelled his return flight back to the U.S., and decided to stay in Ghana until the adoption was finalized. This decision was made in an effort to continue bonding with Evans and to lead the family through the final adoption steps, but also because our family is going through another transition.

During the past 7 months that Kat lived in Ghana and Jeremy traveled back and forth, The Lord has made it clear to our family that the next phase of life will require radical faith. Starting immediately, we feel our next step is to live on full-time missions support as a transition stage to serving overseas full-time. We have sensed this calling on our lives for over a year, but know that now is the time to take the step. This will create a schedule of flexibility to be led by the Holy Spirit to accept invitations to worship Jesus through music & missions.

Starting October 1st, Jeremy is not taking his full-time salary any longer from Willet

Jeremy will still be leading worship, writing, and recording with the band, but in a way that contributes to our family’s overall strategy for ministry found on our new website.

Pending visa approval in the next few weeks, we are scheduled to return home to the U.S. soon, in which we will spend the rest of 2013 & 2014 raising support for our family while still actively serving domestically & internationally. Already, we are 20% supported! Praise God!

We have created a new website to share the whole vision & strategy of our ministry. Please take a few moments today to visit our website because there are several ways in which you can get involved.

In Christ,

Jeremy & Kat Willet
