Ethiopia Adoption Court Date!

We have been waiting 5 years for this day to come. We are overjoyed to tell you that we received our Ethiopia Adoption court date for June 2nd! We are flying out on May 29th and will be staying in Ethiopia as a family 3-5 weeks after court as we wait for the approved visa. We should be returning home sometime in July. Jeremy made the tough decision to clear his entire summer travel schedule by personally calling each venue that had Willet booked this summer. We were so refreshed to receive support and understanding from each promoter that the band had to cancel on. That means so much to us! Jeremy will be working from the hotel in Addis and then when we return, will be taking some weeks off for paternity leave before starting back to work in the office at The Center For Global Outreach in Florida.
We will be in Maryland before we leave for Ethiopia and we’d love to see as many of you as possible! If you have a few minutes, please stop by to say hello so we can pray together. Let’s celebrate what Jesus has done!!!
Grace Fellowship Chapel
20 Bell Road
Westminster, MD
Anytime between 4pm-6pm
Light refreshments served
Please be in prayer over the following:
• Our Fingerprints for the visa process expire in a few weeks (…how you ask!?…we don’t get it either…), so please pray that USCIS will issue our fingerprinting date for early next week
• Attachment with our daughter
• Evans adjusting to being a big brother
• Safety in Ethiopia
For the least of these,
Jeremy & Kat Willet
